Types of elevator Maintenance Contracts Delaware Elevator Provides:

The Service Department of Delaware Elevator is available at all times to assist in providing preventative maintenance, call back service, repairs and testing to multiple different types of elevator equipment.  We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in the event of an elevator emergency.

Several contract options are available for our commercial and residential clients in order to meet your specific need.  They are as follows:

Full Maintenance 24 hour/7 day week Agreement:  This contract provides scheduled maintenance visits, call back service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, all parts outlined in contract, as well as performing an annual safety/pressure test.  This contract is geared for our commercial clients; however, this option is also available to residential clients.

Full Maintenance Regular Time Agreement:  This contract provides scheduled maintenance visits, call back service Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, all parts outlined in contract, as well as performing an annual safety/pressure test.  This contract is also geared more for our commercial clients, however is also available to residential clients.

Full Maintenance Differential Agreement: This contract provides scheduled maintenance visits, call back service responded to after 5:00 p.m. will be billed at the difference between our overtime rates and our regular time rates. All parts outlined in the contract will be included, as well as our performing an annual safety/pressure test.

Oil and Grease Maintenance Agreement:  This contract provides maintenance visits to be performed at selected intervals including monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.  An annual pressure/safety test may also be included.  Any service call backs would be billed at our hourly billing rates, with all parts being billable.  The quarterly, semi-annual and annual Oil and Grease contract provides adequate coverage for our residential clients.

Quality Lift Maintenance Agreement:  This contract provides two scheduled maintenance visits, two service callbacks per year, all parts outlined, as well as an annual safety/pressure test.  The Quality Lift Maintenance Agreement is also popular among our residential customers.

All of our contracts include our 24 hour answering service at no additional charge to the customer.
