Our main goal and objective for service is to provide a safe and reliable resource for all of our customers every day of the week, 24 hours a day. We take pride in providing our work in a prompt manner, making sure that our customers are happy and meeting all elevator needs. We strive to be better each day through our team connection with all of our qualified departments.
We currently employ over 70 team members within the service department. We provide managers, supervisors, and quality CET and QEI technicians who meet all certifications needed in each of our dedicated areas (see qualifications).
Our president, vice president, and service and operations managers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We work on all types of elevators and vertical transportation including commercial, residential, industrial and marine. Our vast qualifications allow us the ability to work on a large range of various manufacturers’ equipment as well.
The areas in which we currently provide service are Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina and Florida. However, we make constant strides to service growing areas as well.
All major decisions can be made from our main office without customers having to go through a lot of red tape. We are able to make rapid decisions when needed in order to get your elevator up and running in the quickest time frame.
We have a large warehouse and parts storage with stock equipment needed to expedite any specific service needs. This helps us to eliminate the constant need of placing orders for parts and equipment, avoiding the hassle of long lead times to receive and restore your machine.
