Delaware Elevator, Inc. pledges to its employees that as long as the affairs of this company are in our hands, the following principles will govern our actions with employees.

We always put your safety first. We believe it is our company’s duty to provide you with as safe of a workplace as we possibly can. For your protection, we have developed an in-house safety program, which includes training and inspection procedures. We also have a substance abuse procedure because we want our employees to know they can depend on us.

All employees are members of our company team. We recognize that the skills and efforts made by each employee have added to our success as a company. It is our policy to work with all members of our team in a fair and friendly manner and to treat each team member with dignity and respect.

The management of DEI will work continually, for the benefit of our present and prospective customers and employees, to improve the competitive position of our company. This will enable us to provide excellent jobs for our team members.
