Thank you thank you thank you to Mark Gunther for an excellent work on our elevator. Since yesterday he rebuilt the valve body assembly, we have not heard it resetting not even once. Mark Gunther made sure our elevator is functioning at it’s best by rebuilding the valve body and adjusting the magnets on each floor.
First and foremost your team is by far the best of all of the elevator companies I have dealt with in my 40 years as Bridgewood Manager. As an example everything about the replacement of the burned-out motor in our 1900 building was done as promptly and professionally as possible. We thank you most sincerely and hope that your team is safe through the holidays.

I want to compliment your company on your employee named Rob Lehman who serviced our elevator at Ocean Breeze III on 61st St. yesterday. Some of the elevator doors wouldn’t open and Rob worked on them until about 11:30 at night. He had 4 other calls to take care of at the same time that he had to take care of. us. He persisted until he identified the broken wire among hundreds of others. I could tell he was exhausted but he stuck with it. He is a very good employee that does your company proud.
Good morning Katy and all, I want to thank you for your help but I mostly want to thank you for your service guy Ben! He is AMAZING!!! I would probably say he is one of the best subcontractors that we have had on our project!! We have had so many subs since this project and our home renovation has taken almost 2 years. Ben is always so kind, polite, knowledgeable and caring!! You are so lucky to have Ben because he is a true gentleman that really cares about his job.
