I want to compliment your company on your employee named Rob Lehman who serviced our elevator at Ocean Breeze III on 61st St. yesterday. Some of the elevator doors wouldn’t open and Rob worked on them until about 11:30 at night. He had 4 other calls to take care of at the same time that he had to take care of. us. He persisted until he identified the broken wire among hundreds of others. I could tell he was exhausted but he stuck with it. He is a very good employee that does your company proud.

Thank you thank you thank you to Mark Gunther for an excellent work on our elevator. Since yesterday he rebuilt the valve body assembly, we have not heard it resetting not even once.
