McKinley joined the team at Delaware Elevator in the mid-1970s, hired by DEI founder, Charles Meeks, Sr. After 60 years in the industry, the employees of Delaware Elevator, Inc. expressed gratitude for “Mr. Jim” during his retirement celebration.
